The act of sweating does NOT burn more calories. Weight loss from sweating is temporary, as soon as you drink water you’re refilling the sweat that you lost. Fat Loss does not = sweat more... Don’t waste money on buying those silly sweat suits. Don’t look ridiculous by wearing a bin bag. Save yourself from more laundry and don’t rock fifteen layers of clothes. However, if you just enjoy a good sweat during your workout, then crack on. 💧An increase in temperature does not result in an increase in calorie burn. It results in the loss of water 💪So if you’re working out, you can still be burning plenty of calories by performing heavy lifts and you may not sweat that much!
