Fats do not make you Fat. Carbs do not make you Fat. TOO MANY CALORIES MAKE YOU FAT! All these “Diets” No carbs, No Fats, Keto, low carbs etc.. work by restricting a food group, in turn lowering your overall consumption of food. This usually results in a calorie Deficit (burn more than you consume), resulting in weight loss. Neither is more effective than the other. Weight loss is achieved when reducing the overall amount of calories. No need to restrict your food choices, focus on high protein and a Calorie Deficit.
